wow! i haven't posted a journal on here in FOREVER!!!

so let's see...i went to the AP tour which was awesome and believers never die which was also great, especially since i had a meet and greet with all time low. it was so fun to see them playing at the arena where they probably saw "famous" bands play growing up (it was their hometown maryland show btw).

also i was sick for like almost two weeks (no it was not the swine flu) 

and i met the guy who hosted that show "sugar rush" that used to be on the food network. i LOVED that show when it was on, i'm a big food network fan...

So, I'm going to the AP tour on 4/24 and i already have a bunch of stuff to give the maine, but i wanted something to give ARTTM, so i was thinking of doing a group gift. Here's my idea: 

so i'll make like a "tour survival kit" for each member and have stuff like candy, power bars, etc. in there but also stuff that each person would like personally 
and if you have an idea for something for a member you can message me and then if you want send me a little note about why you picked it or directed towards that member. but make sure its something i could buy for like $10 or less and then i'll get it. 
and then i'll attach each person's note to what they've chosen to give each member and make a box or something for everyone and put the stuff in it as well as the candy and whatnot 

i'll be seeing them april 24th, so try to get your ideas in by around the 20th

there are many reasons brighten is my fourth favorite band and arttm is only my kind-of-fifth favorite. well actually the only reason is the music.

i keep having this reoccurring dream that i'm best friends with nick santino. but we're not romantically involved in any way, i actually acknowledge his girlfriend. its pretty fun.
probably it comes from me being excited for the AP tour, where i will be seeing a rocket to the moon for the first time!!!!!!! it's only 5 weeks away, so obviously i've already started to prepare...

I've been home sick for almost a week now, but today I got bored and decided to take pictures of my day, so here it goes!

Then i was feeling better, so i decided to go out. It was really nice to do my hair and stuff. Oh, and my new phone came yesterday, its so much better than my last one

I went to Lebanese Taverna market and got a sandwich and some salad. YUM!!

Then i went to starbucks...my second home (actually this is sephora that i took the picture in)
i got some fingerless gloves from American Apparel which i really needed

I went to urban outfitters and got a dress and some boots...i can't wait til spring to wear them! my mom made me let her into the dressing room to see my clothes

I got a new shirt too, it was only $10!!!

i listened to death cab when i got home, as you can see i love them!!

then i had to do government homework, ewww

but iCarly was on, so i watched that while i did my homework

then i got takeout: a greek salad and waffle fries, they have the best ever! if you're ever in arlington virginia...

i watched american idol while eating. nataniel was my favorite, but he didn't make it...

...seemed so long
so last night i saw the maine for the third time in harrisonburg. i almost ran out of school to my dad's car and he drove me straight there, it took us like 2 hours, so i got there at like 5:15 for a 5:30 show. luckily there weren't too many people in line. the show was at a skating rink which was kind of weird. they had a stage and a sound booth all set up though. versa emerge played not too much longer after i got in there and they were cool. i'd never really heard of them before, but i'll definitely check them out. and then after that there for tomorrow played and they were great too! they played ice box from punk goes pop. then the cab played and everyone started squeezing in more, but everyone danced/sang more too, so it was more fun. i loved when they played bounce cause everyone was so jumpy. and then after they got off aaron came on stage and started setting up for the maine. i really wanted to yell something to him, but he looked really focused. then finally the maine played!! i danced like crazy and they played i must be dreaming, we all roll along, the way we talk, time to go, girls do what they want, and everything i ask for. john asked if we knew what sex was....
then after the maine played, i left the crowd and went over to the merch tables and bought a shirt from chris. i forgot to tip him, but then i went back and gave him $5. versa emerge and TFT were at their merch tables so i had them sign my shoes and told them they played a great show. after a really long time, we the kings played. i sat on this wall thing near the back and watched...it was so weird to watch a show from there but the sound is way better. after they played, i was supposed to go to their merch table because i had meet and greet passes, but i decided to skip it to say hi to the maine instead. john and kennedy came out and there were pretty many girls around john and a few from kennedy. i said hi to kennedy and then waited in the group around john. then i asked for a picture with him (he was the only one b/c my last pic w/ him was so crap) and i had this girl take it and she said my memory was full, and john was like "oh no!!" and then i deleted a pic and gave it back to her and she said it was STILL full, so i was flipping through my pics to delete one and john was looking over my shoulder and was like "is that your cat?" but then he said he'd stop looking. then after the picture i said i had something weird to give him and i gave him some zicam, and told him it was because they always got sick on tour, and he actually seemed pretty happy about it! he asked if they were good and i said they were "strawberry" flavored but they tasted like crap. then i saw pat across the room with a little line of about 5 people near him, so i went up and gave him a b-day card and then i asked him if he ever reads the buzznet comments, and he said "yeah, all the time!!" and i told him that i had no life and was usually on the 1st or 2nd page of comments and he was like "don't say that!"
then i went back to merch tables and i saw jared and garrett. i went up to jared first and told him i'd always wanted to meet him but could never find him, and he told me he was usually hiding. then he was like "i'm jared" and i was like "i know that..." when i was walking away, i told him he was awesome and he made the band what it is and he pulled me back and gave me a hug :)
then garrett was chilling with chris and so i gave garrett his b-day card and he told me that he forgot his birthday was coming up! i told him there was a 7-11 gift card in there and he was like "wow! you actually got me a present?" and then he hugged me. i showed him the obama button i'd put on the back and he said that was cool too.
then i realized that i hadn't spent much time with kennedy, so i went back over to him and there were only like 2 girls near him and then they left. i gave him a box of girl scout cookies and we talked about how to pronounce "trefoils." i'm still not really sure... he asked if they were good and i was like "ummmm...they're OK..." honestly, no one at my house wanted them, but i didn't tell him that. then i called my dad to pick me up and i was waiting by the door and john was holding the door for some girls and he still had my zicam!! i wanted to say something to him, but i was on the phone and there were a bunch of other girls trying to talk to him. then i wrote on the van and then my dad finally came and we drove to the hotel because it was too late to drive home. i stayed up for like 45 more minutes looking out the window at the parking lot to see if the maine's van pulled in because the place was right near the skate rink, but they didn't.
i finally went to sleep and then i had to wake up at 5 am to drive home so i could go to school on time. surprisingly, i was energetic all day, probably because i was still so excited! normally after concerts i get all sad, but this time i was smiling randomly all day :)

The box arrived early one morning in February. In it were four toys: Alex, Rian, Zack, and Jack belonging to a set of All Time Low action figures. They had been ordered by Nickelsen's Toy Store as part of a new way to get people to come to their shop. Since the economy was bad and all the little kids wanted to play Halo, the Nickelsens had decided to focus on bringing teenagers to their store. Soon after they opened the box, the four guys jumped out. Jack ran around the store, playing with different toys. Alex flirted with the dolls. Zack started bench pressing Beanie Babies. And Rian played with a magic kit. The toys caused mayhem every day. Meanwhile, the Nickelsens were having a hard time. Teens were pouring into the store, most of them girls with highlights in their hair, which the Nickelsens did not approve of. Occasionally, fights would break out between "new" fans and "old" ones who wanted the toys. The Nickelsens decided that they should get rid of the action figures. On the day that a delivery man was scheduled to take the toys, Mr. Nickelsen said, "I think we should change directions again. Lets be an old fashioned toy store, selling toys from back in our day." "What do you mean?" asked his wife. He went to the back and pulled out some old miniature instruments. He showed his wife the snare drum, banjo, and acoustic guitars. Mrs. Nickelsen liked the idea. They left the room, and the instruments too. Of course, the curious toys found them. Rian picked up the drum, Alex and Jack guitars, and Zack got the banjo. From the back room, the Nickelsens heard a beautiful song. They came in and found the toys playing the instruments. They decided to let the toys play music in their store if they promised to behave. The Nickelsens got them more current instruments and the toys played every weekend. After that, Nickelsen's Toys Store was the most popular shop in town.

im going to watch the inauguration from the comfort of my living room, while simultaneously buying something from the JAGK line haha. no way in hell am i going downtown, i heard there's 1 bathroom per 1000 people, ewwwww.

ok, so i was well informed that jason tate (absolute punk ceo) had been bashing the maine for no apparent reason
then tonight john wrote a very nice blog about it
then jason writes a blog linking to that
i read about one page of the comments on there, and they were horrific! one comment someone asks "who is this?" the next the same person is making an "i has a cheezburger" thing making fun of his hair or something
and they read thru pages of comments on john's blog and read his other ones too...sounds like they need a life
and they take copy profile pics of the girls who commented on his blog on myspace and make fun of them
so i posted one comment:
"ok you people who went to PAGE THREE of the comments on a guys blog that you dont even like and then read his other blogs...wow get a fucking life, i dont want to even imagine what you do in your spare time
and i dont think john's trying to "gain approval" by listening to midtown, hes not that type of guy
dont fucking diss people you just heard about because you're beloved jason tate links to them
so, ok, i like the maine, how did you guess? but ill say that yeah they do have obnoxious fans and im not going to post a mean comment on a bad review of their music or something

that's not my idea of fun, and i think they really made pat, garrett, and john angry
this reminds me of so many incidents with people hating bands they don't like without any real reason

So I decided write a journal.
last night I went to an all time low concert with sing it loud Friday night boys and runner runner at rams head live in Baltimore. It was a great show by atl they had all these Xmas decorations and stuff on stage. and I was at the very front near alex!! that was cool cause I've always been side never really center...
Anyway the girls there were insane, pushing like there was no tomorrow! so many people moved out from the front that I was closer to the front by the time atl played so I guess that was cool...
I think I bruised a rib during SIL and possibly sprained my little toe before that (converses are not that protective) so I had to leave right after the show cause I couldn't stand up...It was the first time i've been to a show without saying hi to anyone after
So I've had to lie down all day and I thoght I'd write about it on buzznet cause I don't have any journals yet
